What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, PNG, JPG, HEIC, and other common image formats. Maximum file size is 20 MB.
How accurate is the AI analysis?
Our AI is trained on real HOA violations and legal correspondence. However, it's not a substitute for attorney review. Always have a lawyer review before sending.
Can I edit the letter after generation?
Yes. You can download the letter as DOCX and make edits before sending. We also provide a PDF version for printing and mailing.

How do you handle sensitive information?
